Vendor Invitation:

You’re invited to be part of one of the most anticipated ladies’ events of the season Ladies Night In: Sip, Shop & Slay in Your PJs!

This cozy yet glamorous pajama-themed night is all about fun, connection, and holiday-ready shopping energy. Guests will enjoy photo ops at over 6 selfie stations,, games, prizes, and plenty of social fun — the perfect setting for you to connect with new customers before the holidays!

We’re looking for fabulous vendors offering:

• Boutique items (clothing, accessories, beauty, and gifts)

• Wellness and self-care products

• Sweet treats, beverages, or small bites

• Holiday gift ideas or handmade goods

As a vendor you will be able to offer express services and the client can pay you directly. You can give out giveaways and offer a raffle or donate to the nights raffles. 

These are great ways to get new clients. ​

Services are from 3:00pm-6:00pm

 

 

💵 Vendor Fee & Registration

• Vendor Fee: $100

• Includes: One 6-ft table, two chairs, and event promotion on social media

• Setup Time: 2:00–3:00 PM

• Tear Down: If you are not staying for the Pajama Party is 6:00pm

• After 9:30 PM if you sell through the party.

• Vendor fees are non-refundable. 

• This is a great opportunity to get quick services done and book future services immediately. Samples and swag are encouraged this is a marketing opportunity.

• Participation does not guarantee sales or customer traffic, but vendors are encouraged to engage and have fun!

• Pajamas or festive attire are highly encouraged for all vendors — join the theme.
